Rihanna Passes Beyonce’s “B’Day” Album Sales
It’s now official that Rihanna’s album, “Good Girl Gone Bad“, which sold 6,057,280 copies, has passed Beyonce’s fast selling album “B’Day“, which sold 5,992,540 copies. People are even calling Rihanna the new queen of R&B!
With all the competition between the two singers that the media has brought, I’m sure Rihanna’s happy with the fantastic album sales. Congrats to her for selling so many copies!

Rihanna is just the “it girl” right now. Even if she did sell more than B, which i doubt, that dont mean she on B level. she just got lucky. B will out sing or dance her anyday. She will never be on her level or be a Entreupreneur like her

just to start off Ip checked as of 10/15/08 beyonce is at about 8 million copies and rihanna is at 6.2 million with good girl gone bad album with the reloaded together, with that said I’m a big fan of Rihanna I did see somewhere on here that she is the “it girl now” which is true. Rihanna didnt take b’s spot in singing because we al kno she can sing but in dancing they both because they both can dance. but beyonce been out since she was like 17 and shes about 27 now Rihanna is 20 been out for 3years so you do ther math I think shes do really good for just being out 3years vs. being out 11 years maybe

those album sales are not true. the only reason rihanna has been so successful with her album sales is because shes released like every song on the album as a single,and theyve all had success. second of all, rihanna writes none of her own music, and cant sing anywhere near as good as beyonce. riihanna the new queen of R&B…i think not.

there is no way those sales are true,rihanna will never be on the same level as beyonce,it just cant happen. none of the music that rihanna sings is even her’s… where as beyonce is an original………… and im from the caribbean and still think rihanna sucks

alot of people dont see the facts about music these days. me being a producer ive figured out if you really want your album sales to sky rocket you have to make music to catch the ears of people all over the world. not saying that beyonce didnt do that but rihannas music can go anywhere in the U.S. and overseas. there are to many people downloading music and are not paying for it like they used to and thats one of the reasons that you have to make music outside the box. rihanna is smart for what she is doing on here part so for the people that are making rudes comments about her, i think she cares more about her checks than what people have to say.
