Despite professing to be just friends, even brother and sister, Rihanna and Chris Brown come through as an item, who just won’t admit to being one.
The two were spotted visiting ‘Whatever’ tattoo parlor Tuesday, April 8, where Rihanna had a new tattoo inked on the back of her neck and shoulder.
By the time they emerged a large number of fans and paparazzi had gathered, and the two had to be escorted to their cars by NYPD and bodyguards.
They were also seen together at a birthday party for Rihanna’s friend at Hotel Chelsea.
Before entering her midtown Manhattan hotel Rihanna, who had remained largely grim faced in the presence of the photogs through the evening, finally showed her new tattoo.
