Jay -Z more than Rihanna’s Boss…
Rihanna says her boss Jay-Z is a shoulder to cry on.
The Umbrella singer was signed by Jay-Z for his record company Def Jam Records and says that, as well as going to the music mogul for professional advice, she often asks him for advice on her personal life, too.
She said: “Jay-Z is just an amazing mentor. I always go to him if I have a work-related problem but I ask him about problems in my personal life, too. He’s incredible. I trust him completely.”
Rihanna also said though she has started acting, singing remains her first love.

well i think is cool cos she has been able to voice out how, she feel about her boss and i think is a brave step she took.
