Rihanna Says Leave Britney Alone!

So most of us have seen Britney’s 2007 MTV VMA performance – whether it be watching the actual show, on the news or on some comedy show mocking the troubled star. And I can pretty much guarantee that we have all heard some part of the media laughing and criticizing Spears over this performance. But Rihanna has put her hand up and said enough is enough; - urging the media to stop their criticism.
The 19-year-old has spoken out stating that she believes Spears’ ruinous stage show at the Las Vegas ceremony, held in early September, was the result of her not having performed much recently, as well as dealing with the deep stress of her ongoing child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Rihanna says: “You can’t judge her performance without knowing what was going on with her personally. She had so much pressure for that one performance.”
“I’m telling you, it’s not easy being on that stage. I performed for a minute and a half, and I was extremely nervous.
“To have the amount of pressure that Britney had? I don’t know what I would’ve done. She did her best, so leave her alone.”

i just hope she gets back on her foot and becomes a strong woman again. she doesnt even have to be as a popstar. This country has a way f building people up and he tearing them back down as nicely as ever. They did it to so many other like Whitney, Michael, even trying o do it to Opera. They put you on a this Mountain for a while, talk so much good about you, then they fine something and use it to tear you right back down to threads. Britney probably wouldn’t be under so much stress if the media wasn’t up her ass, especially being very negative towards her…there is no encouragement! Its just the this place does their thing
